Most of our parties count somewhere between 50 and 100 people.
Nevertheless we are very confident cooking for 350 hungry rugby players and very happy cooking for 20 kids.
Our smallest ever party was just 12 friends, and the biggest event saw over 500 bikers.
We will need roughly 6×2 meters of a relatively flat surface like lawn or pavement.
The ideal spot will have good access with the narrowest point of at least 2.5m and preferably access to an electrical socket.
We will be happy to serve your food inside if needed as well as outside as usual.
Please let us know of any special circumstances and we will discuss a strategy.
We generally require between 1.5 and 2.5 hours for preparation.
We will then be serving your food for up to 2.5 hours and will need up to 1 hour more to clear up and leave.
If for any reason you need us to be quicker, or stay longer please let us know and we’ll arrange accordingly.
If you can provide an electrical socket that’s great, it makes things significantly easier.
Nevertheless, it’s not a problem for us to operate “off grid” if necessary. Our food truck has it’s own electricity and water.
Just let us know and we can prepare it without the head, or serve carved pork from a chafing dish should you prefer.
We will be cooking and serving from our food truck and will always do our best to challenge famous English weather.
Our chef will pack all of the left overs in appropriate containers and leave it all safely for you to take home later.
Anything you don’t want will be taken away and disposed of safely, along with all of our rubbish.
We use only fresh, local, high quality pigs, lambs and beef from our trusted source that provides us with a guarantee of the highest standards of conduct.

We meet all requirements and strive to reach much further in most areas.
We have full public liability insurance.
We will be happy to provide you with a certificate upon request.
We will require a 25% deposit to secure your booking.
We’ll require the remaining payment at least 14 days prior to your big day.
If you would like to make a booking less than 2 weeks ahead, we will require full payment in advance.
Yes we offer a variety of options for vegetarians and vegans, including our delicious halloumi loaded chips and our signature BBQ Pulled Jackfruit.
Our standard menu choices are all nut free and we do not use any products containing nuts in our kitchen.
We also offer gluten and dairy free alternatives and we can provide you with a full allergy table upon request.
We always maintain the highest standards in our kitchen and on our food truck, but due to the size of the food truck and the nature of our business, we cannot guarantee no cross contamination.
We prepare as many portions as your booking dictates.
However, in reality we will always have enough for a few bigger appetites for second (or even third!) helpings.
Don’t worry if you have an additional unforeseen guest or two, but please book for twice as many people if you want to ensure everyone gets a second helping.
